'Uncle Daddy & The King Tide' Rips it up at Anderson Island Country Rock Gig in The Meadow!

Uncle Daddy & The King Tide

by Steve Masone

My first time seeing this AI based Country Rockish/Folk  influenced band brought me back to my early roots as a young man with Texas roots where Country Music Merged with Country Western and Texas Blues based Rock & Roll high energy bands without losing that true Country authentic sound reminiscent of early Hank Williams crossed with a touch of Outlaw Country with lead guitar picking like the Great Roy Clark with a rock edge. Band leader Jacob Anderson on acoustic guitar with bass and drums driving the talented band's high energy show. While offering great renditions of classic tunes both country and even Rolling Stones songs country-folk style, their fans showed up in droves braving the setting sun and hot weather. I was able to video tape a good 20 min outtake of their eight member band that alternated sets and segments with partial members giving the excellent vocal front members breaks &  band growing back to full cast.
Looking forward to their next show!

Dancing can also lift mood, improve balance, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles and bones, which can reduce osteoporosis risks. Dancing can even improve self-esteem and mental functioning.

A recent study found that dancing can lower the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease even more than walking. Those big bursts of energy that come from dancing to your favorite song can really get your heart going!
